Tampa Empire Computer Services Terms And Conditions

Please read the entirety of our terms and conditions to have a complete understanding of the products and services offered by Tampa Empire Computer Services. Our terms and conditions have important information for users regarding your use of our services, including comp security, web design, graphic design, SEO services, and BPO services. These terms and conditions will offer important information related to your rights and obligations, as they relate to the services made available through Tampa Empire Computer Services.

 

Terms And Conditions For In-House Service Pricing

 

Warranty/Parts Replacement Information

Any repairs handled through Tampa Empire Computer Services may void your factory/supplemental warranty for your computer and/or electronic device. In the event that your device requires repairs that are covered through the warranty, it is highly recommended that the client contact the company/entity that sold and/or manufactured the device. This ensures a complete understanding of repairs/replacements/etc covered through the warranty. Tampa Empire Computer Services may suggest replacement parts, but the client will remain responsible for anything in this regard. Tampa Empire Computer Services will inform and consult the client, prior to beginning any work with regards to hardware replacement or upgrade.

 

Data Backup/Restoration Information

Tampa Empire Computer Services does not provide any guarantee regarding data backup and/or restoration. These services are only available through direct client request. Backup/restoration will only utilized after express written permissions and agreements are given by the client. Furthermore, Tampa Empire Computer Services is not responsible in any way for the content of the data on the client’s device. Everything will be backed and restored in its original state/condition.

 

You Agree To The Following:

 

Submitting support ticket and/or filling out the computer intake form indicates that you have read, understood, and consented to all terms/conditions outlined. You are responsible for all labor/parts expenses that are brought up. You also understand that repair/replacement work through Tampa Empire Computer Services can void your existing warranty. You will not hold Tampa Empire Computer Services its agents, representatives, or employees responsible for any damage/losses that occur with your device, as a result of the work that has been performed.

 

Terms And Conditions For On-Site Service Pricing

 

Service Pricing

Customer consents to pay service charges of 000.00 per hour at a minimum of two hours. 000.00 may be charged every fifteen minutes after the 2nd hour, including a 000.00 cost for ten miles. .00 cents per additional mile will be charged, in the event Tampa Empire Computer Services comes to your location for a service call. Residential/personal use service calls include a service charge of 000.00 per hour at a minimum of one hour. 000.00 will be charged for every fifteen minutes after the initial hour. A 000.00 trip fee is added for service calls within a 10 mile radius. .00 cents will be charged after the 10 mile mark. Extra time will be billed in fifteen minute increments. A business operating out of a residence will be billed at business rates. Cancellations subject to 00.00 charge.

 

Other Fees And Services

Backing up data: 000.00 (up to 10 GB)

Standard labors: 000.00

 

Liability Release

Customer agrees to release/hold harmless Tampa Empire Computer Services from all liabilities associated with services performed or parts provided. Customer also agrees that TampaEmpire offered nothing in the way of an explicit/implied warranty, with regards to performed services or through parts provided.

 

Further

  1. Due to the type of work being performed, damage and/or loss can occur with not only the device being serviced, but with all other elements of the client’s home or workspace.
  2. You agree to release/hold harmless Tampa Empire Computer Services and all associated parties for any damage and/or loss that may occur, including incidental/consequential material and/or financial loss. In terms of web design/BPO/SEO services, this includes damage to client reputation.
  3. By working with our company, you grant Tampa Empire Computer Services and all associated parties permission to physically disassemble any/all computer systems/components/networks/peripherals.
  4. By working with our company with regards to web design/SEO/BPO services, you grant Tampa Empire Computer Services and all associated parties permission to access, modify, or otherwise change several or all aspects of your computer software, website, or anything else associated with your company.
  5. By working with our company with regards to any services, you grant Tampa Empire Computer Services and all associated parties permission to enter your residential or commercial property, in order to access the devices in question.
  6. By working with our company with regards to any services, you grant Tampa Empire Computer Services and all associated parties permission to perform modifications to your commercial or residential property, based on the specific services that you may require. Drilling, disassembling, laying, removing, or affixing are examples of physical changes that may need to be made to your property.
  7. You also grant Tampa Empire Computer Services and all associated parties permission to download and/or install software to your devices for the purposes of assessing or making changes to your current need for our services.
  8. You also grant Tampa Empire Computer Services and all associated parties permission to install/utilize hardware for your devices for the purposes of assessing or making changes to your current need for our services.
  9. You also grant Tampa Empire Computer Services and all associated parties permission to make changes to your current web design/SEO/BPO status.
  10. After invoices have been signed/dated/paid, Tampa Empire Computer Services and all associated parties will not offer refunds of payment of services.
  11. Tampa Empire Computer Services strongly advises all customers to perform backups of all data, while taking additional steps to protect device integrity, the commercial/residential property itself, and so on.

 

Regarding Remote Support Pricing, Terms And Conditions

Through remote support, you agree to release/hold harmless Tampa Empire Computer Services and all associated parties free of any liability or responsibility regarding damage/loss to your devices/software through any services performed by Tampa Empire Computer Services and all associated parties. Payment is due at time of service, and no refunds will be given out. All products/services utilized are final. No explicit/implied warranty/guarantee is offered through our services.
