See your calls The My Calls window shows you information about calls to your extensions. Caller ID name and number, duration, status and whether a call is inbound or outbound. If you have more than one call, you can see the calls that are lined up for your extension. For lines that are in use, the caller ID information about the incoming call is visible by mousing over that extension. Additional information is available in the Extensions window. Another handy feature of the Attendant Console software is its Instant Messaging capability. If someone is on the phone and there is a call waiting for them, you can IM him and let him know he has another call.
